Beaumont is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Beaumont follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The venue staff were extremely unresponsive throughout the process. I emailed, texted, and called multiple times and did not receive a response until after nearly two weeks of repeated follow-ups. After consulting with the owner, I was offered a potential deal. I replied that I needed time to speak with my fiancé and stated clearly that I would follow up within the week. After attempting to contact the venue again for about another week—via email and phone—with no response, I sent a text without expecting a reply. I was then informed via text that what I was asking for was not being offered. I responded immediately by explaining that I had spoken directly with the owner, who indicated she was willing to work with me on the venue specifications I needed. Despite this, I have still not received any response to my messages or phone calls. I would not recommend this venue, as the lack of communication shows a disregard for potential customers and their time.

It is a beautiful facility. Just make sure you check the contract. I was told by someone who rented the facility for a family event, that they had to clean up the place afterwards. I think that's too much money to then have to turn around and have to clean the place.

Just had our son and daughter n laws perfect wedding here outside under the gorgeous huge oak trees! Everything was beautiful! Staff were friendly and very accommodating. The facility was recently painted and looks amazing! Perfect area for bridesmaids and groomsmen to get dressed! I cannot say enough about how perfect everything was! Definitely recommend for weddings or special events!

I've been to several weddings at Broussard Farm and Sevenne Hall and every one has been beautiful! Even on a hot summer day, outdoor ceremonies under the oak trees are stunning and cool! The property is full of charm and a great wedding venue for the SETX area!

We loved Broussard Farm for our wedding! Hope was very accommodating and never rushed us during walk throughs with our wedding planner. I wish that we were able to have a longer "event time" but seeing as this location is their place of residence I can understand that they don't want anything going on too late. Their property is beautiful and full of history. You will not be disappointed with this venue!
